We are holding a table quiz on Thursday February 16th to raise funds for new instruments for our branch.
If we raise enough money to purchase instruments then people will be able to participate in our classes to try a new instrument, without having to invest until they are happy that they have chosen the right instrument for them.
The Table Quiz will start at 8.15pm and entry fee is €10. Teams are 4 per table and there will be very interesting questions and prizes to boot!
We look forward to having an enjoyable evening of craic, ceol agus ceisteanna!

We are delighted to report that our launch concert was a huge success!
Local musicians, singers, and dancers of all ages performed to a packed house and a great night was had by all.
The event was an incredible night to remember and we will be posting a full report on the night on our website soon!
We are currently enrolling for our music classes for the new term. We offer classes in individual instruments at all levels and encourage students to try out a new instrument if they haven't done so already.
Places are still available in a number of classes so we would encourage you to contact us to ensure you reserve your place.
Workshops will also be held during the year where guest tutors will visit the branch.
This year Fleadh Cheoil na hÉireann was held in Ennis, Co. Clare between the 14th and 22nd of August.
Fleadh Cheoil na hÉireann is the most important event in the traditional music calendar. For many, it is the culmination of months of hard work and practice as they compete against fellow musicians, singers and dancers to achieve the recognition of being an All-Ireland champion. For others it is a unique and welcoming festival of the best of traditional arts that offers a wide range of activities to be enjoyed by all.

Beimíd ag an bhFleadh, tar ar ais arís chun na ghníomhachtaí a fheiceáil!
