Free music sessions are held each month which cater for musicians of all levels and enable young and old to play together in a relaxed atmosphere. The seisiún starts with a slow and steady pace suited to beginners and the pace gathers as the evening goes on, allowing beginners to play with more accomplished musicians and allowing everyone to learn, experiment, and have fun!
There is no cover charge for these sessions and they are seen as a fundamental part of the development of musical skills and social activity for our members.
We are always joined by singers and dancers who are encouraged to join in the session and we have hosted visits from foreign students whom have visited the area and wished to observe the traditions and culture of our area.
